“Then I thought, why aren’t they as popular as pizza?  Both start with cheese and a bread-type base, but you can make the inside of a quesadilla so much more exciting!”  From there, experimentation began by incorporating traditional flavors from various cuisines to see if the fusion would be a success.  After a few trials, his hypothesis proved correct.  Not only can a quesadilla rival a pizza, but you can do so much more when stuffing a fresh tortilla versus adding toppings to pizza dough.



It's a dish that you never even knew you liked so much, because it didn’t have the ingredients YOU wanted in it.  Now you have the ability to make it how you want it, to make it personal, and make it yours.
